Membership Form

This is the standard PTA membership for the 2025-2026 school year, and covers all members of the household, and entitles you to one vote per household when a membership vote is required for PTA business matters. An additional discounted membership can be purchased if your family would like to add a second caregiver as a voting member.

Please note: you do not have to have a student at Ashburton Elementary School to become a member of the PTA. Any community member with an active interest in the wellbeing of our students is welcome to join!

• If you are the first person in your household to sign up for the PTA this year, please use this membership tier.
• If somebody else in your household has signed up for the PTA this year and your family would like to add a second caregiver as a voting member, please sign up for an additional membership.

This Additional membership is for households who have already purchased a standard PTA membership for the 2025-2026 school year, but would like to add a second caregiver as a voting member.

If you are the first person in your household to sign up for a membership for this 2025-2026 school year, please purchase the Standard membership.

This is the teacher and staff PTA membership for the 2023-2024 school year. Each membership covers only the staff member, and includes one vote in any PTA matters that require a membership vote.
